Jason founded ESP with a clear vision: to build a technology partner designed specifically for the hospitality industry. With hands-on experience across more than a thousand hotel new builds, renovations, and transitions, he brings a deep operational understanding to every engagement. His leadership continues to shape ESP’s hospitality-first approach and long-standing client partnerships. He remains closely involved in guiding strategy and ensuring every solution aligns with the real-world demands of hospitality operations.

With a background in hospitality operations, she brings a practical, on-the-ground perspective to every conversation—understanding how systems impact both guest experience and revenue. She focuses on building strong partnerships and helping clients navigate technology decisions with clarity and confidence.
