Our founder, Jason, has been on the front lines of over a thousand new builds, renovations, and transitions. That hands-on experience continues to shape how we approach every partnership — grounded in operational reality, not theory.
About a year and a half ago, ESP was acquired by private equity and merged into a larger organization — NexusTek. However, ESP was intentionally maintained as its own dedicated hospitality vertical.
This allows us to scale as we grow — while continuing to deliver the specialized, hospitality-first approach our clients rely on.
